A Report on the first anniversary of the death of three farmworkers in BC.

One year ago, March 7, 2007 , a van transporting 17 women farmworkers overtunred on Highway 1 near Abbotsfore killing three farmworkers.  ON behalf o the familes of the three women and the Canadian Farmworkers Union the B.C. Federation of Labour submitted a Report and 29 refcommendations to the Labour Minister on March 14, 2007 demanding the government act immediatelyl to protect farmworkers travelling to work, as well as working on the farms.
