Organizations wishing to have printed material distributed at B.C. Federation of Labour Conventions, or through the Federation's internal distribution system, must meet the following criteria:

1. All printed material must bear the union label of a union recognized by the Federation and/or the Canadian Labour Congress.
2. Material which is printed in such a way that space is left on the page for the insertion of typewritten copy falls within this policy, provided that it bears both the union label as per (1) above and the union label of the clerical worker who produced the inserted copy.
3. All printed material to be distributed by the Federation, either at Convention or through the internal distribution system, will first be approved for distribution by the Federation Officers.
